- Module 1 (9:30-11:00): "Implicit and explicit biases in science/astrophysics".
We are all biased, but what is exactly a bias and why is that a problem? During this session, different types of bias will be discussed, with a special focus on their impact on different phases of our research/academic careers.

- Module 2 (11:30-13:00): "Tips for career development".
This talk will address specific tips and suggestions about how to approach family conciliation in science/astrophysics, the importance of multitracking, useful knowledge about first promotion or what becomes gradually more important at different stages of the career path.

This talk will present a recent study made internally by the CSIC to analyze our working environment from the perspective of the inclusion, along with tips for both the institutions and workers.
