 ses in science/astrophysics". We are all biased\, but what is exactly a 
 bias and why is that a problem? During this session\, different types of 
 bias will be discussed\, with a special focus on their impact on differen
 t phases of our research/academic careers.  - Coffee break (11:00-11:30)
  - Module 2 (11:30-13:00): "Tips for career development". This talk will
  address specific tips and suggestions about how to approach family conci
 liation in science/astrophysics\, the importance of multitracking\, usefu
 l knowledge about first promotion or what becomes gradually more importa
