The registration fee is 200€ for participants from the IAA-CSIC and 250 € for participants from external institutes. Registration is only considered complete once the payment has been received. Cancellation policy
  • 90% of the fee will be returned, if participation is cancelled up to one month before the event
  • 50% of the fee will be returned, if participation is cancelled up to 15 days  before the event
