You must complete all the required data in the registration form to register.
Payment of the registration fee can be made by bank transfer or directly through the credit card payment gateway. The registration will be formalized once the payment of the registration fee has been received.
The different registration modalities are:
- Junior (150€)*. Includes welcome cocktail, dinner, lunches, coffee breaks, access to all sessions, a guided tour of the city and the possibility of requesting an accommodation grant (5 days).
- Member/Associate (350€)*. Includes welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, access to all sessions and a guided tour of the city.
- Member/Retired Member (0€)*. Includes welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, access to all sessions and a guided tour of the city.
- FAAE Members (50€). Includes coffee breaks and access to all sessions on Thursday and Friday.
- Non-members (450€). Includes welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, access to all sessions and a guided tour of the city.
- Attendance at the meeting one day only (100€). It is necessary to select the day of attendance.
The cost of dinner for attendees (non-juniors) is €35.
There is the possibility to book in advance all lunches for €100 or €25 for one-day attendees.
The cost of the guided night visit to the Alhambra is €30.
All fees will have a surcharge of 100€ from May 15.
* Those who are not members of the SEA but who have applied will be treated, as far as the registration fee is concerned as if they were de facto members of the Society. In the case of doctoral students, they may apply for accommodation grants, although priority will be given to junior members of the SEA when assigning them.
We remind you that participation in this symposium as part of the XVI SEA Scientific Meeting implies acceptance of the code of conduct as well as all actions aimed at ensuring the sustainability of the meeting.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
As an important novelty, the Scientific Meeting now includes symposia and mini-symposia or special sessions, in addition to the traditional plenary and parallel sessions.
To send a communication to our symposium "On the origins of the stars and their planets: A holistic view", you must fill in the contribution submission form where you can choose to request a talk or poster. Please, consult the possible topics on the link.
It is necessary to send as many paper forms as you wish to send, being limited to a maximum of four papers as first author, distributed as follows::
- oral communication (12 min+ 3 min Q&A)
- poster (A1 horizontal format)
