We invite abstract submissions for contributed talks to be presented at the conference. Presentations will have a duration of 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions. Please note that poster presentations are not considered for this event. Talks will be organized around the following themes:

• Science cases with large-aperture telescopes and potential instruments.
• New telescopes and instrumentation.
• Lessons learned and successful cases from astronomical infrastructures.

The official language of the conference will be English.
